We’re looking for a visionary and creative Marketing Manager that wants a promising career. The ideal candidate will be passionate for the “art” of marketing, an “out of the box” thinker that will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient marketing strategies. Working closely with the marketing and design teams you will be collecting all relevant assets to create and build your campaign strategies.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute marketing plans/strategies in line with company objectives. 
• Create and oversee digital marketing strategies, including websites, email, and social media. 
• Manage lead generation marketing activities, including tracking and reporting. 
• Develop and implement CRM strategies for customer engagement. 
• Lead the design, creation, and delivery of promotion campaigns. 
• Manage marketing campaigns and communication projects effectively. 
• Oversee and execute marketing projects, ensuring their successful completion. 
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement. 
• Conduct market analysis to inform marketing decisions. 
• Maintain websites and blogs for our various brands. 
• Foster brand awareness and manage social media channels. 
• Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends. 
• Provide support to the Campaign Manager when necessary. 

What we are looking for: 

• A degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Social Studies or Digital Media, or a related field 
• Strong leadership and project management skills.  
• Knowledge in multi-platform marketing campaigns 
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods 
• Hands-on experience with online marketing tools and practices 
• Analytical mindset and data – driven decision-making.  
• An appetite for improving processes and results 
• The eagerness to keep learning about marketing and the business 
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
